VEXRECON started as hands-on dealership reconditioning work — paint correction, wheel repair, upholstery repair — and grew into a documented maintenance operation for fleets that can't afford to guess.
Before VEXRECON took on its first fleet contract, the work was dealership reconditioning — matching leather grain, correcting curb-rashed wheels, pulling swirl marks out of clear coat. That's still the technical foundation everything else is built on.
Passenger and patient transport operators don't need a detail — they need a schedule they can rely on, disinfection they can document, and a vendor who shows up the same way every time. That standard applies whether the fleet is moving government personnel, medical patients, seniors, students, or hotel guests. VEXRECON built the SOP-driven side of the business to meet that bar across all of them.

VEXRECON is run by Alex Martinez, who started on the dealership floor doing paint correction, wheel repair, and upholstery work before building the SOP-driven side of the business for fleet and government clients. The technical standard is the same either way — it's the schedule and documentation that scale.

An Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP), prepared per California Code of Regulations Title 8 §3203. Covers hazard assessment, PPE, equipment safety, incident investigation, and employee training for all field work.
